Few days back, I visited Paschim Vihar outlet with few of my very close relatives (6 people). I got very disappointed and felt really embarrassed when "Hair" came out from my Raita. I didn’t wanted to create a scene in front of my relatives, so I just asked waiter to bring a fresh raita.
Then, the kind of service I got, was pathetic. Initially we were served with Aam panna, then one of my relative asked for it again, nobody bothered to serve it again. When my guest insisted on it, then they served Chaach.
I spend around Rs.1600 on that day and this is the treatment I got.
Rajdhani Paschim Vihar outlet staff is really pathetic with very poor customer service. I will never visit Rajdhani again.
