On Tuesdays there is extreme rush that shows on the service offered by the waiters otherwise who are know for doing great job. They won’t give you a relaxed welcome. It was so different from their Bangalore joint which I had been to.
Waiters would be in extreme hurry. You may have to yell at times to grab their attention. Even the food is away from the quality that I had experienced in Bangalore. The most celebrated dish of Rajasthan is Daal baati churma and they did injustice with even that. Baati was tasty but the churma was awful. There was a strawberry flavoured halwa, not so good in taste. Other regular stuff was just fine.
Since there are a lot of variety being served, one miss here or there doesn’t matter much.
