One of my very close friend have just joined Rajlaxmi solutions Pvt Ltd (Thane, Mumbai). He did not dare to reply directly so i am writing this review just to bring this case to your knowledge.
It was his worst experience working with any employer in his total 6-7 years of experience. The senior management is not at all supportive. They don’t even care to listen to their employees, through my friend i came to that 6 other employees have left this job due to unrespectful and non supportive behaviour of employer.
Talking to peer colleagues is not allowed during office hours. There are no rules & regulations written or even described, it depends on the mood of management how to behave with employees.
My friend worked there for 35 days and they didn’t give him his salary, saying that he is yet to received the offer letter.
I just want to warn all if they are planning to join this company.
