Recently I visited Ramesh Masala Dosa. I have heard alot about its great taste. But I got really disappointed as soon as I reach there. There is no proper seating and parking arrangements. I struggled alot to park my vehicle safely. There are no fan and AC at dining place. I ordered vada sambhar and when I tasted, it was smelling so bad and it was completely rotten. When I complained to shop owner, he asked his chef that at what time he made that Vadas. He replied that it was cooked at morning. I was shocked that he served me rotten food. He later tried to compensate the things by offering me to take idli instead of Vada.
The ambience is not at all good and comfortable. Customer handling and service is poor as they take too much time in serving the order. Presentation of food is good but quality is very bad.
