I recently order schezwan fried rice from Ramu’’’’s corner, and unfortunately it was quick disappointing. The rise lacked proper flavour had an oily texture, and did not taste like authentic Schezwan at. all the spice level was inconsistent and it feels like it had been cooked in hurry
