Hello today I present Ranbaka Heritage resort and I feel very Booring becoz. in this hotel is not entertenment.
1) Room quality is Normal not bad only normal. Today I stay here in this room. Room color is not good.
2) Guest service is too late , I hate this Ranbaka hotel service. I am angery . This hotel is very bad service.
3) Food presentation is Very good but a thing is missing respect . ( Sistachar) Manners. I eat food food is good.
4) Ambience - Ambience is very very bad I hate their ambience becoz no manners and no ask any service. Every item is git too let. Enviroment is not good no Hustle and bustle only quite .
5) Manager service is good They also help others . They help me And I also Like his talking way.
6) service service is very bad I unlike this service becoz service. people is very lazy they do not gave any little bit help. And they also do not asked people please take it.
6) Value of money is high. Every peraon is not stay in there hotel . Value of money is 1 stay one night is 4, 000-5, 000 tgousand only.
So I do not reccomand this hotel .
