Yesterday, I saw ’’Rang de Basanti’’ and now it is an old stuff for you. But some things really troubled me, I didn’t understand the message of the movie properly. If it is against the corruption, than ok. But the way taken in the movie to expose the politicians, is it the right way?
Movie started from a british lady who came India to make a documentary movie on Independence activities which written by her grandfather in a diary during his job in India. She find a group of university students in India and made the movie. Students were ’’Bindass’’, they drink, smoke, enjoy, laugh and make tours in Group. Their was a lady in the group. Her fiance died due to the MIG crash. Defence minister had given statement that the pilot was not properly trained. Now, the university students group realised their responsibility towards country, their lady friend and her fiance. They believed that the defence minister is responsible for MIG crash and he purchased duplicate and low quality parts. First, all of they sat in front of India gate. But when not succeded to remove the defence minister, killed him. After that, they announced through the radio for the awareness of the public about the corruption and shoot of defence minister. Commando came in action. They went to the Radio station to surrender but killed by Commandos. A tragetic end of Bindass boys.
When defence minister not removed, they killed him. They planned properly. Than announced through the Radio station to aware the public. Can u plz think two step more. Corruption is everywhere in the public. If this would be in reality, people talk few more days about them, some public societies organised meetings, opposition make it political agenda. After few days public forget all the things in this busy life. was it the right way?
This was in the movie. Take a practical example. The Reservation. How many died openly in public place from the 1991. But reservation came back with a big mouth. Is public not hearing? Is politicians don’t know the effect of reservation on the society?
Is anything changed due to the death of youths?
Rigt solution existing somewhere else. I saw Maniratnam’s movie ’’ Yuva’’ few days back. Ajay devegan requested to the youngesters to participate in election, clean the things. Someway, this will be the solution.
Killing the politicians is not right choice. Remove them. Change their mindset. But how? This is again a big question.
Participate in political activities.
Don’t participate in corruption. Country will become corruption free. Everyone have to think about it.
Government have to increse the salary structure of the employees and provide them work to make organizations profitable.
Now if I discuss MIG cases. Defence minister is not the only responsible person. Their is a complete technical team who do the inspection of the machine before purchasing. Who the hell will purchase if the technical team deny to purchase? Is it not our society person involved in this crisis?
Take another situation. When u go to do a completely new job in a company, how many days you take to learn the new job? And if you are a finance person and your boss say to you to take care of engineering design aspects. If you are a engineer and your boss say to calculate and make profit and loss account. It is tough job, not impossible but definitely you will take time to understand.
Now can you imagine the defence minister case. How many defence ministers was technically sound? How can they make decisions? Decision is always in the hand of technical team. Any minister in India do his job after the consultation of the IAS, PCS, IFS and senior Officers.
It is the responsibility of election commission to make clear cut minimum educational criteria for the politicians to participate in elections.
Congress- Janta Dal- Congress- BJP- Congress. This is the political scene in our country from the last 50 years. We are responsible for unstable government. Who will learn their job in a short span of time.
Movie was good if consider as a movie. Message is confusing to the youngesters. Killing is not a right solution. Comparison between independence activities and MIG activities made beautifully. But they have to think that the situations changed now. It was different before the independence and we were fighting from the british Government. Now our own persons are in power. No one kill family person. Even, we can easily turn them towards non-corruption without taking weapons.
One of the Pune lady opened a training institutete to train the pilots. Her son died in MIG crash. She collected funds by hard efforts to open such a technical and well equiped institute. This institute will train pilots about safety norms, technical and other aspects required. This is the true effort
Five happy friends got a tragetic end of their life. Many life affected after that. How one lady friend can give such like advice to kill DF. One she lost earlier. others later. Many other solutions was possible......
