This shop on the 1st floor of Shopprix Mall in Sector 61, Noida is a disaster. I visited the place to get some salwar kameez stitched. The owner promised me that it would be delivered 5 days time. She also suggested I come in for a trial and told me she would call me up and tell me when it is ready. She never did. I finally called up and she told me to come in a couple of hours. When I did, I noticed there were a number of defects and it was very ill-fitted. I pointed out the defects to her as well as the tailor. She then suggested I come back the next day for another. trial. Again, she promised she would call, but did not. I went in the evening again and then she tells me that my garment is not at the shop! So again I had to go the next day. This was the 4th day, mind you and she is supposed to make the final delivery on the 5th day. When I tried it, it fitted even worse than before. When I pointed this out to her, she said it was because I was over-weight! The tailor at the shop started arguing with me saying that it was the defect of the cloth! Finally, he tells the owner that he will not be able to stitch the rest of my clothes that were supposed to be stitched and delivered to me the next day. The owner did nothing to manage the situation. She clearly has no control over her employees and does not how to manage them. She did nothing to placate a customer who clearly was in the right, and instead was in fear of her employee.
I had wasted 4 days of my time for nothing. Some people might be under the impression that this might be a good place because this lady is honey-sweet and in the beginning before getting the business, but that is just a facade .DO NOT GO. It is too much of stress.
