I would like to process my Australian PR hence tried to contact them through email, phone call but no response. If no is responding to query then how are they reliable to process PR? They do not have qualified staff or experience to process any PR. I have visited their office but it seems they do not have proper mechanism to address customer query. Also, ’contact us’ online form on their website https://raosmart.com/ is also not working and result in error when filled online form.
