Rao travels is one of the worst travel operator I have used in the recent times. They really don’t deserve to be in this business. I guess the management operating Rao travels business are a bunch of agents/bookies that used to scout passengers for fake bus tickets earlier. Even after establishing the business and having a fleet of volvo buses and FOR GOD SAKE " National Tourism Award", their business is thriving by fraudulent means of cheating customers. They overbook each buses with 1:2 ratio i.e. 100 seats are booked for a 45 seater volvo and then the mayhem and chaos at the bus stand. Do not use this service if you value your time or money.
