M a regular user of Rapido, as I have compulsion to use it. But Rapido has some issue, as its rider are not experienced and everybody running Ride, most them have just learn to ride a bike. This is not good, at least Rapido should check the background of riders. As I mentioned earlier, m a regular of Rapido, I use to observe the rider behavior. I really feel insecure while riding with Rapido. Operator should check the profile of riders. Are they really capable for ride or not? Its not that, this is an App based ride service and everybody can install it to earn something.
Who will be the responsible for any mis-happening. Rapido providing this service and we appreciate this. But safe ride is also a priority. Don’t make our experience bad with Rapido ride.
