Hi toxshi viewers today I am gonna share my personal incident with you all about my recent ride with Rapido bike earlier this month I started using Rapido since it’s raining season here in Delhi avoiding my personal Royal Enfield to ensure my timely arrival so to my surprise I opted Rapido by comparing fare with rest of other service provider it showed much less in comparison to other so I booked showing their captain would arrive within 2 minutes but to my expectations he arrived after 12 minutes so I called him again and again earlier he didn’t answer after 12 minutes when I decided to book ride from other he arrived and blamed me for not showing clear direction to him even after that exchange now when we finally reached my destination he demanded almost twice the amount that did appeared at time of booking claiming that he would only accept amount shown on his screen but I shared my invoice with him he didn’t agree so I paid him in his accordance and complained to customer care where they preached me to pay only that much which is inclusively shown on my device and we’re very rude while connecting so anyhow I felt very cheated and annoyed so that day I decided not to book ride from Rapido as they shows some other price on booking and ask way more at time of payment this all from my side adios amigo waiting for you on other side till then stay tuned and connected
