This company is a branch of a road construction company NKC project. Owner and his dumbo and ugly looking wife runs this unit. Both of them know nothing about software or IT.
So it is like another construction site (may be rapidsoft technologies is for some black to white conversion or something like that.). So, developers are treated like labour on the site.
They hire people for a job and when jobs gets done then you are fired or your salary is cut without even telling you. it happens at every level from developers to team leaders. there are no rules or policies. my friend was fired for no reason.
You will work long hours every day and office will be in the basement. They expect you to work 14 hours per day. You will be a mental case within a few months. HR will promise you so many things and they will be all false. Sales people come and go every few months.
They hire many seo people who are good on posting blogs every where and pretending to be like big company with false data. I only came to know about them after I joined. I should have researched more.
Sales people get all their projects by lying to the customers. no one knows when it started and how. there are many stories.
Some say they cheated other founders or other founders left. no one knows the truth. Engineers are leaving every week, and they are constantly interviewing every time new engineers.
If you want to spoil career join here. If you can find somewhere else- go to that place.
