I have been with Rapidsoft for just last 6 months. But the let me tell you a fact I was provided with so much freedom to learn. Especially our seniors, they will help you in each and every path. I don’t know why people are saying bad things about Rapidsoft? Well, let me tell you a secrete before joining this company I have look at the reviews regarding the management etc. they all are just lies. I was quite afraid of joining at first but, once I got there what I found is completely different. Working with Rapidsoft means you are going to be surrounded by good Managers, Team Members. They don’t pressurize you so much and you will never feel so much of burden until you have completed your work.
My verdict for this place would be- Great workplace, if you know what you want to do.
