This health club is in mira road.its opposite to rassaz theater.the gym is very good.the trainers are also very good.one of my friend here was a trainer.The gym is quit spacious.the equipments are very good amd some are new purchased.
The fee amount is quit more but the facilities given are very good.U can also hire a person trainer.but the charges for personal trainer is a bit expensive.
The crowd in this gym is very good.There is also steam and sauna bath.Even body massage is done.but for that u have to pay extra.dat is not including the fee.
Proper protiens intake is been guided to the clients.proper body checkup is been done and then the trainers provide the protein shake.It is also nearby mira road station.hardly 15 mins walking distance.
