When I boked my Maruti SX4 Zxi with Ratan Motors I was told there is a waiting period and is about 45 days. Took the advance of Rs50, 000 and promptly on the 40th day was called to say car is ready and I can make the final payment and take the car. everything appeared fine.
on the day when I was asked to pick the car I was told that the keyless remote entry(part of the standard fitment for Zxi) will be delivered in a day or two as there was a shortage of the same - waiting period etc. everytime I followed up on the same was told it is on its way. after a month I got fed up and lodged a complaint with maruti suzuki in mumbai and delhi - the mumbai desk told me first that the remote key is not a standard fitment and later they said there is a problem they will get back.
suddenly the same day I got a call from the dealer who asked me to come and delivered one set of keyless entry remotes - giving me some relief. but within a month the keyless remote stoped working. now I am being told they have given a old and used keyless entry remote.
it is sad that Maruti has launched its premium sedan SX4 and this is the way it treats its valuable customers. ratan motors gives you used keyless remotes and then says they can replace it. I AM TOTALLY DISSATISFIED WITH MARUTY AND RATAN MOTORS AND WILL HENCEFORTH NOT BUY A MARUTI CAR AT ALL. AND PLEASE DONT BUY FROM RATAN MOTORS EVEN IF YOU BUY A MARUTI
