I am using Mouth Shut for making my decisions and also bring out the service providers’ sub-standards through reviews. With a bad review on Mouth Shut the companies who are not up to the mark could loose few hundred customers, and at the same time if they do a good job in taking of customer expectations, they can win thousands of customers easily.
