I ordered a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses from their website on Feb. 6. The special included overnight shipping. Approaching 3 weeks now and my order hasnt shipped. I did receive an e-mail about a week ago that stated that my order had been shipped. Thus far, only a UPS shipping label has been printed and the order is awaiting delivery to UPS. Ray Ban, on the date of the e-mail, saying my order had been sent, also changed the shipping method to 2 day. Still waiting for the order to be shipped, after several calls and e-mails to Ray Ban. The customer service representatives have been very cordial and trying to help but even with their stating that they would send an e-mail to shipping to expedite shipping, nothing has happened. Actually feel kind of sorry for the customer service reps, as they must receive MANY complaint calls.
* Finally was able to talk with a supervisor at Ray Ban, who agreed that my order must have been lost, on theirs or UPS end. Refunded my order payment ( 3 to 5 business days) and notated my account to enable me to still take advantage of the $50 discount that was in effect at the time of my order. Still. hesitant to order direct again.
