They cheat the foreigners!
Cheated us!
We reached the destination very late due to their poor pick up service-No sunset witnessed and photography.
Snacks provided was not edible or rather pathetic. Hence, we could not eat it.
They have mentioned "unlimited refreshments"? . However; when asked for a can of coke the staff refused and was not even ready to give a coke even after offering the money.
The food served was not adequate. Many of us could not get enough food.
They offered us the food as it is served in famine affected areas by making us wait, by making us stand in the queue, with a bad attitude and cheap announcements-We are extremely humiliated.
Their much highlighted barbecue dinner was the worst we have ever had in our life. The so called BBQd meat was served cold in a container like they are feeding the animals.
We have paid 100 DHS extra for the desert quad bike and we did not use it due to the staff misbehaviour and due to the poor arrangements. We have asked for a refund and they have refused it.
I have asked to transfer the( extra 100 DHS) money to some other department for some drinks/any other service and they asked us to wait till the end of the event and they have cheated us. Lost the money.
I have called them many times on the number that they have displayed? on their website and also send out emails for a refund. However; they have never agreed up on their poor service and not ready to refund my hard earned money.
I request the authorities to do a Mistry shopping at their tour destination and take appropriate actions against raynatours dot com so that I get my hard earned money refunded and none of the other customers visiting your country will be cheated to spoil the reputation of United Arab Emirates.
