Iam Holder of RBL Credit Card and wanted to cancel my credit card. Then I paid the total pending EMI’s and then I raised a request to close my CC, then a got email stating that I have to pay prepayment charges of Rs.32.52/- and paid that amount and raised request for closure of credit card .Then I got email stating that I have to raise a request for pre closure of EMI. I raised request for EMI. Then a executive called me stating to reconsider my cancellation and offered yearly fee weaver. I refused and he informed me another executive will call for confirmation . Confirmed cancellation to executive.After week I got NO C of another credit card. I raised a request for NOC for my CC .They raised another request . customer care is very pathetic, cannot call customer care directly.They don’t give straight reply please go for RBL credit card
