3 months ago, i had applied for RBL credit card that was my biggest mistake because for applying it.
I am sharing my incident, When the due date is near their executive started calling me disturbing me again and again to make payment even having days in due date
Once I made payment on due date then even charge a late fees in next billing cycle. If I hadn’t notice that payment may be i make payment including late fees after calling customer care then they refunded
Seriously you have to be very careful what charges they are charging.
The worst part is that their executive didn’t talk yo you properly.
