Customer service play a vital role in every business. even in Private or Corporate sector. Here I am for RBL bank credit card regarding, as I am customer of RBL bank Credit card since 3 months. In these 3 months I have so many complains for it. I used to call many times but hardly 2 times call properly connected. I couldnt satisfy with these guys answers. Bankers of RBL Bank never satisfy me with proper answers, guys are much slow than other Banks. If I talk about credit card statement they have manipulate through terms and conditions. Is this right method of banking?
