Although I never faced this issue in my past and this is first incident but it is urging me to think once to transact online through RBL banks Debit card.
I made an online transaction on Amazon worth rps 673.50 on 01st Dec 2016, while making payment I put all my debit cards details on payment page but by mistake I put wrong CVV but despite this I got OTP on my registered mobile and payment got successful after OTP process, and order placed successfully as well.
Very same day I received a message from Amazon that my order has been cancelled due to payment could not successful though payment was debited from my bank account. Now it is about to pass 2 months but I did not receive my amount back in my account. I raised the complaint by calling their customer care which is under process.
I can not understand how can any wrong CVV or wrong credential process the payment, do I have my amount save with this bank? And if it is a technical error or something else then whos money is save in the bank?
