Hi,
I am using the RBL card since 8 months on wards. They have promised me every month I am going to get the couple of movie tickets. but its not done. For giving that movie tickets they have charged 3000 INR. Due to busy of my schedule I never concentrated on that.
After some while I am using it, due to some financial circumstances I have paid the Minimum balances for couple months and later on I paid all the amount. Now I would like to close my credit card. My first request raised in 1st week of November. I have sent many mails and done the calls to customer care. Till now they did cancel my card. As usual monthly statements are generated regularly.
Today I called again to customer care to give the ticket number through mail or message to our registered details. they are saying we don’t have option on this.
One more thing in RBL App there is no such option to reach customercare dept though mail or phone number like other banks. how pathetic it is. every time we have do the toll free only . its taking so much of time.
