Satisfactory service

I needed to block my lost debit card, so I called customer care. The waiting time was just too long but when I was connected to customer service, they calmed me down first and helped me block the card from their end.


They then told me how I can apply for a new card! I like being an RBL customer but it’d be great if they could lessen the wait time.
