Located in the hub of Sector 5 , Salt Lake this multiplex is quite cheap. The prices generally remain below 150. The screens are small though. The customer service is not satisfactory because we were allotted different seats than what we had booked. The ambience is good and generally the hall remains half empty. Like other multiplexes in Kolkata, it has good picture quality and above average sound. The viewing angles are just okay incase you get a corner seat. The front rows don’t hurt your neck much. The commercials in the intervals are repetitive and many in number. They broadcast almost 20 minutes of commercials in the interval which makes you angry if you are watching an interesting movie. Overall I would say that compared to the ticket prices, the services offered are above average.
