Except this ?funny? auto reply (which appreciates customer patience) from ?planets funniest customer care?, nothing has happened. Kindly provide definitions for ?Customer care? & ?patience? in your auto reply. Also I?m guessing that the request that I had done thru rd-india.com for a missed copy might be still under ?progress?. One eg. is in sep 04, it was shipped on 08-Sep from Mumbai GPO and it reached me the post office 560083 on 14-Sep and I received on 15-Sep. Why is this happening?
