Pathetic CRM system thios company has.
Installation will be incomplete if you are a layman.
All freebees they will ( engg) will eat away.
Installation will not be user freindly
All Compalaints to Call Center will fall on deaf ears.
Nodal office will also not respond.
Only time they will call when you stop the payment but then all the false promises will happen and as a good citizen you will pay up and then again start facing the music.
I am fed up.
Most pathetic CRM company I have faced till this time.
My advice do not go for this company.
Speed will be 1/4 of promise. Please beware befpre dealing with this company
