I booked the transfer of the household goods from Patna to Kolkata on 4 April 2023. It was delivered to me after lapse of 10 days but one box was missing.
I think some thing wrong in this company, they take the box in which valuable articles are lying.
I have been raised a complaint with the Missing Items team. Now it is almost 2 months and he is not even bothered to contact and resolve the issue. We have called him around 30 times and every time he is taking an excuse and not at all calling back to resolve the issue.
We did not expect this kind of service from such a big and popular brand Bade Bhaiya. Now its name should be changed xx_bhaiya. There is lack of supervision in DRS. All are trying to steal the goods.
No one should chose Agarwal Packers’Bade Bhaiya’ for any transfer of goods and I will also inform all my friends and family to do the same.
Very bad response, very bad ownership and very bad communication.
