Wow, What a service at the starting time, Easily & Smoothly going till the ticket has been issued & Confirmed.
Due to the Lockdown issues they had to cancel the booking which is totally fine, But Atleast they have to look after the refund process.
It has been more than 1.5 years & N numbers of mail has been sent but still they are so careless or irresponsible to refund till now.
They are just answering my every mail with apologize & ignoring the actual issue with dates & dates.
This so irritating & irresponsible act by such Reputed company.
