I happen to fly with AI twice from Mumbai - Dubai and back. Seems like the Air India is ’’Enforced’’ with the service of carrying people. Leave alone making the passenger feel like being treated specially, people associated with Air India dont even bother to treat them normally. Ask the people at the so call customer care centre about departure timings and u would get different timings each time u call them!!!. Above that they would hang up the phone as they are doing favours, have to beg to them, to stay online for more information. Air hostess treat the passengers as if they are handling a Kindergarten class and they are the teachers, only the beating cane was missing. I have not been to any other country by any other flight but I guess they dont have standards policy of treating passengers. Looked like passengers on the Dubai route are treated with less value because of the ’’workers’’ class from India travelling on it.
