I installed the network management software on my router to monitor the data usage myself. To my shock I found with just 3, 2GB of data consumption, Airtel informed me that I had consumed 12GB of data.
This is day light robbery. Customer service has no clue and there is no point in talking to them. The only way to teach them a lesson is to approach the consumer court with proof.
