I opted for this because I have Airtel postpaid connection, got the demo it worked perfectly fine they did put 5 HD videos and showed me how all were running at the same time. I was really impressed. Immediately paid 2.5k for the dongle. It did work for exactly 12 days. From that day I have paid bills just to make it active so that the technician can analyse it. Every month it used to be the same story. I call the support team, they tell me to pay the bill so that they can check from their end. At the end no one came and nothing happened.
If someone is facing the problem with 4G, if there is no connection of it is getting disconnected frequently then I suggest you to immediately cancel your connection. These people try to pursue you by saying ’Sir one last chance’, ill come there tomorrow it self. ill do this today itself, but what u end up doing is paying the bill for no good. These people never turn up. I have paid around 7K for bill and 2.5K for dongle. TOTAL WORTHLESS.
Suggestion is to buy a prepaid, test it for a month or two and then turn to postpaid. Never buy postpaid at first, coz unless u wont cancel it they keep asking for one last chance which u end up paying the bill whether u use it or not. If they really want the thing to happen no issue should last for more than a month.
Airtel 4G was one of the biggest mistake of my life from which I learnt lot of things. These people are not good to trust. They come to collect the bill the every same day, but ask them to come to rectify your issue, it will take months.
