I am using Airtel Broadband internet connection since March 2009 and during this period, three times I faced connectivity problem. Every time, I lodged complain through customer care and I was surprised to see that every time my problem was resolved within 12 hours. I can say with confidence that except above three occasions, I never faced any other problem with my internet connection.
Whatever they had promised at the time of installation, they are providing me more than that. For Example, they increased the the speed two times without any further charges. I didn’t know that I have made the best choice.
