I had subscribed a digital tv connection with economy sports pack covering start sport, eson, star cricket. Without any information they blocked all these channels. With great difficulty, I was able to speak to call center, they just said sorry and confirmed that no such info was provided to any customer.
This is absolutely cheating done by Airtel . When I subscribed to this economy sports pack , we were told by the dealer that same will continue . On contacting him he diverted to airtel co . This is utter nonsense by air tel and I hereby register my strong dissatisfaction over airtel digital tv.
