I am harassed and mentally torched by poor support team. Used all 3 mode for support, call(worst part only callback, that also after 24-48 hour when you call them) email(response after 24 hours, they dont have brain, repeat like a robot same reply and need to explain from scratch), twitter, little faster, response with 24 hours but they are also not able to understand much and needs to explain from start
I have provided Adhar card, pan card in
email, your payment center is unable to solve the issue, they asked
me to contact we care, team, your team is sending replated emails
only, My simple ask is to activate my wallet, no proper case
management.
I am repeating the complete story here.
I am using 2 wallets, 9XXXXXXXXX56 and 988XXXX720, Now I have request to
inactivate wallet for 9XXXXXXX56.
Fast tag is sold to me by airtel sales team on wallet 988XXXXXX20, I
wanted to travel and use this wallet.
Account 988XXXXXX720 is frozen by airtel without notifying me anything
or taking my concern.
When I wanted to recharge fast tag, I was not able to do, I went to
airtel center they were not able to reactivate my account, They asked
me to send email to Wecare team to reactivate my wallet.
Once I sent email to wecare team, from one week I am getting email
that I need to provide concern for SB, I dont know why they want me
to convert my account to SB. My primary interest is tp use FastTag, I
am fine for converting into SB, I have replied that I dont have any
concern for converting to SB, then I got an email to visit airtel
center, I dont want to go there as they cant solve my issue and it
is COVID situation, I want to avoid to visit any store, anyway I have
already taken risk by visiting once.
from 1 week lot of emails and call to airtel customer care but no resolution.
I already travelled from Hyderabad to Bangalore by paying in Cash and
took great risk of getting CORONA infection. even I had fasttag and
could not use it due to issue with wallet.
I am not sure who gave permission to open airtel bank. They are very much behind and poor customer support.
Never Buy fast tag from this stupid company and use wallet
