I bought Asus Vivobook from Amazon in May 2022. I exchanged it with my old ACER Aspire and got Rs 9000 as an exchange value. Though I received old product during the first order, Amazon ensured quick return of the product and refunded the money in 2 days. I ordered the laptop again after a week. The laptop is amazing.
