Product quality is very good but it's after sale service is very expensive. I have 2-3 trolley bag of this brand. One of my bag wheels are gone damaged, so I wanted to change its wheel. I called to service centre and asked how much is the price of a wheel. They said per wheel it takes 500 that means if I go to change 4 wheel it will be cost 2000 plus GST. The price is very expensive.
