POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & UNETHICAL PRACTICE

Hlo Guys,


I want to share my personal experience with angel broking P ltd. I have my demat account with Angel for the last few years but broking charges was high. So, last year when I want to close my account, they offered me a Birla Sun Life Policy and request me to purchase that so they can achieve their respective target for the financial year and in reurn of they reduce my broking charges. I purhcase the Life insurance money back plan but my broking charges was not reduced by them.


Now 2 months back, I agian received a call from angel broking p ltd. for the opening of new account . I explain them My experience with them. They insist me open a new account in any of my family member and then they resolve the issue and deliver their promise about the broking charges. I agian fall in their fake commitment and opened my father’s demat account with Angel Broking.


Their Customer Service is seriously poor and very annoying. I have talked to Branch Manager, He told me company has change its policy for reducing the broking charges.


So its highly unethical way to make tall & false promises to customers for just opening a account and then deny that. so they are just a insaurance agent who are selling their insaurnace policy in higly unethical way and they just want to achieve their account opening target and not bother about the customers at all.


POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & FAKE COMMITMENT AND HIGHLY UNETHICAL PRACTICE TO SELL INSAURANCE POLICIES.
