I have bought a apollo BP monitor two yeara back. Now its showing error while checking. I took this machine to Apollo medical shope at Rajasthan, Udaipur at sector 14 CA circle, my bad luck the people who is there sitting at the reception dont have any clues what should say or how to act or help. Simply said we dont know anything about this. I have tried several time to call the customer care service number 01130837575, after all input they cut the line.
My concern is i have change the battery, connect with dc line but it’s showing red screen with error.
