I had ordered few products from a online shopping site. There are total 4 times when I ordered products from this site and every they make sure to send it by Aramex courier. And Aramex courier wil make sure to outperform itself itself in terms of product delivery service as compared to previous time.
They will not take more than a day or two to get your courier in your city but then the main drama will start. every day at morning they will update at there site that product is out for delivery and at night they will update with some stupid reason that it will be delivered on next business day. And if you call them either they will tell that they don’t know who is out for delivering the courier or they will not have the contact number of that guy. How is this possible that they don’t keep the contact details of your staff who are going out for delivering courier?????
And then finally when your lucky day will come after about 3-4 days minimum, from the day it arrived in your city, they will come with there shameless face and will deliver the courier.
I don’t understand:
Why they update everyday that shipment is out for delivery when they cannot deliver on the same day in the same city limits?
What is the great reason behind keeping the shipment in there warehouse for days before delivering to customer.
If you like to buy some product online and that site is using Aramex, then you dont have any option rather than getting suffered. However if you are planning to use its service for your personal or official use then get ready for the most irresponsible and pathetic courier service ever faced.
