I booked an order on Tradus.com and they sent it via Aramex on 9 th May14. The product needed to be delivered from Nehru place Delhi to Noida about 23 Km total distance.
The people at Aramex Noida got that product on same day as per their records but they are unable to schedule it for delivery even by today(19-May-14), by this their average speed comes to( 2.3 KM per Day) even bullock carts are faster.
Their customer care is the most useless in world! They have no information at all about anything even their website tells more than that.
