Good phone banking but Poor customer call service

I am using the phone banking service of Axix bank since last 3 years. Its really good and user friendly. Transactions can be done faster. ATM availability is good and I can easily find the ATM centers wherever I travel. Internet banking service is also very safe and secured. I never find it difficult to operate. But my only concern is getting customer service.


The toll free numbers provided are hardly to get connected. After connecting also, the process is too long if you want to speak with any phone banking representative. Today I tried at least 6-7 times, but I could not speak with customer care executive. Every time I was getting the message of "Technical difficulties".


If there is any technical issue going on then this message should come when you dial the customer care number so that people will not waste their time.
