When I first entered B. Merwans it felt like a place that has not changed a bit. Established in the pre-colonial era, B. Merwans and its walls covered with mirrors everywhere has a vibe which dates back to the British raj. Their mawa cakes are the best I have ever had. On any given morning, I would prefer my day to begin with a mouth watering breakfast of their mava cakes and bun maska chai combo. There are some things that must never change and B. Merwans is definitely one of them. To anybody who is traveling through Mumbai and wants a feel of Bombay, you must visit this place.
