I bought new shoes 2 months ago it was so good up to last Sunday on Sunday it automatically gets crack on his bottom side so I went to the bata showroom.
After went to the showroom, I told my problem then they ask for the bill but I don’t have a bill he just asks me when u purchases the shoe n they ask my name n then he search my name on their desktop and find my bill n replace my footwear.
the customer service was awesome of bata. the quality of the shoes is also awesome it is rough and tough to use.
