If there was any movie that can be called as Different ( or as our stars and directors term it in Hindi as hatke) , then this has to be it. Before Sunrise is a beautiful film about a guy and a girl who happen to meet accidently on a train to Vienna. The Guy happens to be an American and the girl is french. The entire movie is based on the interaction between these two and how they get to know each other. There are not even any supporting actors or actresses in this movie. There are just a few cameos and some extras thrown in. The two of them only have a day for themselves which turns out to be very eventful for them where they start from being complete strangers and go on to become good friends and eventually they fall in love. The film features Ethan Hawke as the American and Julie Delpy as the french girl. Both have given excellent performances. There are some cleverly written dialogues in the film and its quite realistic. Dont expect any special effects or stunts or melodrama in this one. To summarize it, one of the remarkable movies of the 90s and I recommend it for everyone who are even remotely romantic by nature.
