I contacted Berger Paints on October 27th and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday at 10 AM. They provided me with their team’s contact number. I waited for the technician until 10:30 AM on Tuesday, and when I called him to ask where he was, he told me, "Ma’am, I wont be able to come; I’m busy with other work." If they can’t manage such a basic commitment, how can I trust them to paint my house? Additionally, before booking the slot, I attempted to reach them from a different number. After confirming my appointment, their team contacted me at least 15-20 times on that other number. I repeatedly informed them that I had already booked a slot and requested them to close the file, but they hardly seemed to care.
