I do not know how much it will be effective but still we can try. Is bharat gas really interested in resolving customer’s issues? Well I do not think so and from my previous experiences I only understand that customer’s are left at the mercy of the distributors who exploit the customers like anything.
Is there any such thing like customer care with bharat gas?
Mahalakshmi enterprises HAL Bangalore is one the worst distributors of bharat gas and so many people are being troubled from then and still bharat gas is not at all bothered to take some strict visible action against them. They are very renowned in Bangalore for black marketing the refill cylinders and still bharat gas does not take any action against them.
Why does it takes mahalakshmi enterprises atleast three weeks to deliver refills when all other distributors take lesser then them?
Their delivery persons always insist for more money for tips then what is written on the bills. if not given then next time onwards they delay a lot in bringing the refills. None of their 5 phone numbers ever gets connected and even if rarely phones get connected they do not bother to pick it up and falsely say that they have booked the refill whereas in reality they do not book the refill in many cases.
As usual as they they do not pick up the phone I have to make the visit to the horrible distributor mahalakshmi enterprises and in spite of their assurances they do not send me the refill on time. More then their employees the owners are rude there.
Is this the way you do the customer service?
