My experience at this hospital has been mixed. The dialysis unit which moved from NH whitefield has decent and experienced staff. On the other hand the processes, systems, cleanliness, hygiene and overall management is of very low quality. They shout at patient when the patient or their family asks for basic amenity especially Dr Sangeeta who is the medical director there. Management unnecessarily puts patient and their family under stress with non-transparent billing practices in place. Forces patient to get admitted unnecessarily. Would not recommend as this hospital lacks basic understanding of how to treat patients and their families.
