I recently started using BSNL Broadband on my friend"s suggestion but I am not at all satisfied with the speed and service and support.I have a plan of 20 mbps and I think that BSNL even fails to provide 5mbps and the speed is very weak.The connection reliability is less and you never know when the net is gonna connect or not.The service is poor and you have no other choice just to wait for the net to start again.I would like to suggest all my friends that please donot use BSNL connection
